Technician Jeff showed up as texted with a photo imbedded in same to verify himself performed operations satisfactorily and removed all debris when done. Very pleasant to deal with and answered all question’s posed. Jeff should be a highly valued employee and is an excellent representative of Laury’s Plumbing and Heating! Hugo and Ryan did a great job on our complete HVAC installation. Hugo was especially personable and engaging throughout the process. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed on the progress, and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. Both Hugo and Ryan were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them.
