“We have used ***************************** in *************, ** at all our properties in ********** since the heat wave during the summer of either **** or 2006. Our AC went out on Thursday. On Friday they came out and estimated the replacement. Saturday it was installed. At that time we were a first time-call in customer. ***************************** has done all our preventive maintenance, new installs of both air conditioners and gas furnaces. In the summer of 2023, at the last minute (before a tenant moved in) they came out an ran a new gas line for a new gave stove. We have only highest praise for this company and its qualified personal.“

“Second time we've called Greg for help with various things.Although he was on holiday this time he didn't hesitate to give me instructions on what I needed to do and then to send Jay right over to check out our hot water heater. By the next morning Jay and Craig were able to bring over the new one and installed quickly and effortlessly.Previously they managed to find the real cause for a leak and fixed all again not something we could have handled and certainly not so quickly and effortlessly. I even got Jay to install the new faucet in the kitchen when I couldn't get the old faucet to budge.Jay always friendly.. “We called Dave Robinson when we were unhappy with our hvac contractor we had for decades. He noticed wiring was done right after aquacoil installation and fixed . The former contractor had installed new air handlers in attic and drain pan had no piping to outside leaving potential water damage if overflowed. We can’t praise Dave enough for his skill, knowledge and care for his customers. Thanks Dave!“
