Although I have unfortunately encountered many stressful issues with this newly purchased HVAC system, Binsky’s customer service has left me highly satisfied.First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the technician Dennis came out on July 4th. Under the extreme 104-degree heatwave, Dennis sacrificed his holiday rest to perform an emergency service for my family.I also want to highly commend the manager.( Jack) He was incredibly caring and called me multiple times to follow up.
