“Although I have unfortunately encountered many stressful issues with this newly purchased HVAC system, Binsky’s customer service has left me highly satisfied.First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the technician Dennis came out on July 4th. Under the extreme 104-degree heatwave, Dennis sacrificed his holiday rest to perform an emergency service for my family.I also want to highly commend the manager.( Jack) He was incredibly caring and called me multiple times to follow up. Although they originally planned to send someone on Monday, they were completely booked up due to the post-holiday rush. However, the manager kept calling me to communicate and actively arrange the schedule, and successfully sent a team to my house today (Tuesday).Today, the two HVAC amazing technicians, Val and Kendall worked very hard to replace the entire wire for my system. They left their names and demonstrated top-notch professionalism.<br>Even though the new machine had problems, Binsky’s reliable response, the manager's constant communication, and the hard work of their field team truly protected my sick family member and my dog. I am a very satisfied customer and highly appreciate their effort!”
