Just had Ice-Man HVAC service come out for some maintainence and a parts replacement on my Air Conditioner. Patrick was my technician. He knows his stuff. Polite. Professional. Plus competitve pricing. I wish my other home improvement service providers were more like the Ice-Man! I highly recommend them.

The sales process was very informative and transparent when they visited the home.
The office staff could have been more knowledgeable about the payment options and communication could have been more clear via email as the ambiguity caused unnecessary back and forth and the quote to buy cycle time could have been reduced if there was clarity and timeliness in response.

The Ice Man came out for an emergency furnace service after a basement flood. The HVAC tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the whole furnace apart, inspected it and verified it was safe to run with no damage to equipment. He even updated the thermostat software and helped configure it in the same visit.
Very reasonable price and quick response when it was needed.
