“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. “I was living out of the state and a water pipe in the furnace room burst. I was referred to Air Comfort Technology by my Contractor. I called up Joseph and explained what happened. He got there the same day and addressed the situation. He ordered the part and did the repair in the same day. I was happy I was able to afford it too ! “so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters.
