“I rarely take the time to post reviews but when a company has the most amazing customer service as focus does, I must leave one. They fixed an issue about 10 days ago for us. Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. “Ward Heating & Air replaced our 1990's system with a "hybrid" dual-fuel setup: a heat pump backed up by a high-efficiency gas furnace for temps below 40° (both American Standard), plus a Bradford-White power-vented water heater. Thomas, Dan, Josh and Cole installed it in two days and worked well together. They were all polite, professional and hard working. Thomas was always on the alert for potential problems, and solved each one as they arose. Ward was the only HVAC company to plan the PVC pipe routing in our basement ahead of time. Jill guided us through all the PSE&G On-Bill Repayment paperwork. We've had this system several months, in hot and cold weather, and I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, installation, price, and rebates. I highly recommend Ward Heating & Air.“

“We have been working with Gen 3 for our HVAC needs for a while now but recently we also brought them in for electrical needs to replace bathroom exhausts and install surge protectors. Our electrical technician was Will. He comes with 20 years of experience and is a real expert. He detected and remedied additional issues that we were unaware of but that were critical to remedy. For our HVAC needs our technician that we always request is Robbie. He is just so thorough and thrives for perfection! We have been happy with Gen3 and not planning on going anywhere else.“

“Our condo's 40 gallon Hot Water Heater had been giving us problems for the previous couple weeks. I had to relight the pilot first every few days, then every day, and finally a few times a day, so I called Atmostemp/Service Experts, knowing they do good work after installing our new HVAC system a few years ago. Two of their people came out quickly to check everything out, and gave me the bad news. We needed our hot water heater replaced after 13 years of service to us. It resides in my second floor heater room, whose entrance to get to it was through a small, small bathroom, then through a door into the room that houses our HVAC unit and the dead hot water heater, which is on the further side of the HVAC unit from the perspective of the door into that room. Not an easy job at all, in very tight conditions. The very next day Jay Porter and Chris Nolte arrived just as scheduled. They came with all the tools, any needed plumbing and vent pipes and the replacement 40 gallon hot water heater. The first thing the did before coming into and through the house was put on their booties and laid out a runner from the front door, up the steps and landings and up to the bathroom. Once they reviewed what needed to be done, they asked if they could take off the door since it would be very awkward to do with it still in place, to which we told them to remove whatever doors that would make it easier for them. Then they went to work. In order to fit the hot water into the back corner of the heater room, they had to actually take apart and move my HVAC unit out of the way before they had room to take out the old hot water and install the new hot water heater. When they finished the installation of the new water heater, they cleaned the interior of the HVAC unit while it was apart, then they put it back where it was, and cleaned up the areas where they worked. All the above being said, Jay and Chris were real professionals and a complement to Atmostemp / Service Experts.“

I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer.
