Joe arrived on time. Came in very professionally, and was already wearing a mask. Assessed the situation and immediately went to work. Resolved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up. Even gave me a few tips on what not to do in the future to avoid having our sewer main clog again. All in all I would highly recommend P.U.L.S.E. to anyone who needs anything done regarding plumbing.
Had a conversion of electric water heater to gas and I couldn't be more satisfied. Pricing was very competitive and the office was very prompt with all communication. Rich was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The workmanship was top notch and they did a good job of meeting my needs.
