So I had a continued issue with my combi boiler. Rich the owner and his team were here on multiple occasions trying to rectify my issues with the manufacturer. It was deemed that the unit needed replacing by the manufacturer. Today after many struggles trying to get everything working properly the unit was finally replaced. Thanks so much Rich for everything you and your team did for me and doing such nice work.
Josh stopped by and discussed the conversion to tankless hot water. Also talked about Heater and AC routine maintenance plan. We did get the maintenance plan but passed on the tankless conversion as we have several priority projects already planned for this year. Josh is very personable and really did a great and thorough job presenting the products.
PULSE installed a Rinnai RX199 tankless water heater in our laundry room. The Rinnai is ridiculously efficient with a rating of .98 UEF. There were no issues with the Install. Rich and his team did a great job, especially fitting it into a tight space.
Rich also helped us the paperwork for the PSE&G Bill Repayment program. This is an interest free loan that we will pay off on our monthly bill.
We have used PULSE before and I will use them again. Their communication with us was great, There were no surprises and everything went smoothly on the day of the day of the install.
