Used a much larger company before (for mini splits purchase and install) and called them once again, since we had an already established business relationship) to troubleshoot my heating issue only to be disappointed once again by that company. Well, I live by the 3 strikes and you’re out rule so I decided to call Charles Ober and Son. We couldn’t be happier! Professional, honest, fair and actually care about their customers and truly help them. They aren’t about upselling or selling you what you don’t need. Definitely recommend this small family owned shop for all your HVAC needs.

I called Charles F. Ober and Sons during a frigid 20-degree day right before a significant snowstorm when my heat suddenly stopped working. Highly recommended by a family member, they responded promptly, fixing the thermostat on the same day. Besides their outstanding customer service, they provided valuable tips on maintaining the furnace in my new home. Their pricing was also quite reasonable. I'm now a loyal customer.
