S&M did our initial install of our mini split system back in 2015. Fast forward an almost tornado and the unit being struck by lightning S&M was there again. This time was post covid and parts were suspended indefinitely. S&M provided AC units for our house at no cost for the rest of the summer and took care of us once parts could be procured. Highly recommend.
