It wasn’t until I found UTG, that I’ve actually enjoyed working out and saw results. The dedication of the trainers is next level. I work with Pat mainly in the mornings, he’s one of the most knowledgeable wellness practitioner's I’ve ever met. His attention to detail ensures I can’t slack off during my workout which is what I need. He keeps me accountable, even when I’m traveling, he makes sure I’m getting my workout in. Timmy is phenomenal as well, I just don’t get as much time with him as our schedules conflict. Tamir is the go-to for nutrition, his strict, direct guidance has helped me lose those stubborn lbs, when nothing else worked. Overall UTG is the best. I’m thankful for the people, the program and the community it fosters. I would recommend to anyone.“

Our 7-year-old son now 8 absolutely loves going to class — he’s always excited and full of energy when it’s time for training. The instructors are patient, kind, and encouraging, while still teaching discipline and respect. We’ve seen big improvements in his focus at, confidence, and listening skills — his teacher even mentioned it! While he still gets distracted at home sometimes (as kids do ?) The environment is very family-friendly and positive, and they truly care about each student. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a great martial arts program for kids!“
“I’ve been attending the step and pilates classes for 2 months now and I love it! I’ve been working out at home consistently since April, but these classes add a great variety to those workouts. I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my stamina and strength since starting these classes. Roxy is an amazing trainer with the perfect energy to keep you going when all you wanna do is drop to the ground and vegetate. The classes are affordable and I’ve purchased the monthly pass twice now. The workouts themselves are difficult but Roxy encourages us to go at our own pace and always demonstrates modifications for all the exercises we do. Whether as an addition to your usual routine or as your only means of working out, this is the place to go.“

Only gripe I would have is that traffic can be quite congested on Route 59 from Nanuet heading to the location in Spring Valley.“

When I saw two of my very close friends completely transform their bodies after joining Sync, l had to check it out for myself. Joining Sync Fitness has been one of the best decisions of my life. This place entails real results, for real people. It’s a judgement-free zone for all types of people. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert gym rat, you are guaranteed to benefit from everything that Sync provides (i.e. training classes, meal plans, etc.). Even though I’ve only been with Sync Fitness for a year and a half, my life has completely changed for the better. I went from not having a clue about proper form for exercising and weightlifting, to walking across stage for an OCB bodybuilding bikini competition. Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, you are ensured to meet them with the trainers at Sync Fitness. The pricing, the training, the meal plans and the trainers themselves are all worth every cent to create a better version of yourself. I am a very hard critic when it comes to a lot of things, so with that being said, I am proud to be a Sync Fitness client and can whole heartedly say THIS PLACE is IT.
