Within a few short weeks, I was starting to feel like my old self. The plan was explained very well, and we are on track with what was laid out during the second consultation. The intro session with Alexi sealed the deal - my daughter and I have been his clients for several months and couldn't have been happier with the results. Alexi's individualized approach, his meticulousness and attention to detail have helped create a very challenging yet super fun workout plan that has yielded superb results for both of us. Alexi is an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not recommend him enough.The facility itself is very clean and well equipped, never too crowded. The trainers are professional and courtly. “Galo is a phenomenal trainer. I have been working out with him for over 5 years. When I first went to him, I was 41 and struggling to get on track with my fitness having young kids and a demanding job. He helped motivate me and reenergized my passion for the gym. I saw immediate and significant results within the first three months. He held me accountable, not just inside the gym, but outside as well in terms of focusing on a healthier lifestyle, focusing on the right macros, and prioritizing the value of sleep. He has a commitment to both upper and lower body work and athletic exercises which helped me tremendously. He varies up the workout routine to keep things fresh and ensure your muscles continue to develop. “We love Peace in Piermont! I have my son in the music class, he has so much fun. And the music teacher mixes it up every week so it's not repetitive. I've also taken family yoga and I love setting an example of mindfulness for my little one. And it's something fun the whole family can do.“

“Live Fit studio is a great place to train. I have been training there for 3 years, lost 20 lbs & now eat healthy most of the time. John wants me to eat healthy all the time ☺. He challenges me in the work-outs & always promotes mental positiveness, Both John & Lucas are as professional as it gets. “Love Dr. Jan. He is a wonderful doctor and who is so knowledgeable about his craft. Loved going to the office and having him work out my issues and chit chatting with him as well. He has helped me in more ways than I thought possible. We had similar issues and he was always willing to listen and was there to just check up on me. “I used to regularly injure my back and neck. Since coming weekly for the past year, my core strength has improved damatically. I feel stronger and I no longer get injured. I am not naturally athletic or flexible. The instructors are phenomenal and they taught me everything I needed to know. When I was first starting, I took a few private lessons and I was shown how to modify the moves that were originally too much for my back. Now I no longer need to modify anything. I really enjoy all of the classes I have taken and intend to continue at the studio indefinitely.“
