Coming from a person who has never trained in her life (30 years), who incorporated nothing but junk food in her diet, and avoided all vegetables and fruits, I turned to Sync Fitness to turn my life around. I love the atmosphere the trainers create here. They are very attentive and make sure you are doing the best you can while in their presence. I actually found this place off of Google and been here since November. I love it !!! Best training experience I have had in a long time.

Sync Fitness and Health has been life changing for me. The first of anything fitness related and by far best decision I made almost three years ago right before COVID. I love all the trainers and managers They keep you on your toes and push you to be a better version of yourself. There always checking up on you. They help you get back on your feet when you lose track. They never make you feel bad about yourself but instead keep you focus and motivate. You become family with them and the clients. They also do team activities and gatherings for us. I love my SYNC FAMILY ?
