“I’m currently being treated for an Achilles issue. My physical therapist Michael put together a challenging workout plan to stretch and strengthen the tendon. The entire staff has been terrific and attentive to my care. I’m on the road to recovery. Thanks to all the JAG support.”
“I seriously can’t say enough good things about Live Fit! The gym itself is such a welcoming, comfortable environment, and everyone there makes you feel like you belong no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
I’ve been training with Lucas and he is truly the best. He’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push me without making workouts feel intimidating. He keeps things challenging, switches it up, and genuinely cares about helping you get stronger and feel your best.
Couldn’t recommend Live Fit more!!”
“Dr. John is an attentive, incredibly knowledgeable physical therapist.
Each session is a personal, one-on-one experience, with a plan curated just for you. Dr. John gives you his undivided attention and takes the time to listen, explain everything, and answer questions thoroughly. He also sends follow-up homework with example videos (which are very helpful!).
Working with Dr. John has made me feel stronger and more confident in my body. Each session feels challenging and intentional but extremely beneficial. I can happily say my pain is gone!
Dr. John genuinely cares about his patients and wants you to understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it’s helping you.
If you’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and effective physical therapist, I cannot recommend Dr. John enough.”
