Jimmy came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink and replace a broken P-trap, and I had a great experience. He was able to diagnose the problem and get everything fixed right away. His customer service was excellent, and he was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.

We did run into an issue along the way, but Jimmy handled it professionally and made sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber. Thanks again, Jimmy! I will be using Titan plumbing again!

Jimmy saw us today. He's a professional he answers. All your questions, he doesn't get mad and he makes sure everything is on point and this guy is knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and feel comfortable with him.
