“I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. He is very professional and I feel very confident in recommending him to everyone. I have a new AC/Heater tech now.“

He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. “I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!When the tech arrived, not only was he just super pleasant to talk to in general, he explained what he was doing and why through the entire process. While I am never going to work on my system myself, it is nice to know how it works and what might go wrong in the future.To top it off, the bill I got was cheaper than the last service by the "manufacturer certified" plumber that it turns out caused my problems to begin with!Could not be happier with the service we received. Wish I had called them three years ago when we moved in!“

The second was Breaking ice i looked at the reviews and called. They said they would send someone out later today between 1 and 3. I said ok.. so far so good. They sent me a text at 12:30 with photo of Yousef telling me he was on his way. He was here by 1pm. Save guy as the photo.. Very nice, polite, and professional. “I called for a consult & was asked about the details of work or equipment needed. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! We were totally grateful for the pride, professionalism & hustle Bill showed in his work. He passed on helpful info on maintenance and even gave some good advice on managing the anxiety-prone dog (we were sitting) when workers have to come in and out!
