We have had Hector with RAS come by a couple of times to help with our heating and cooling systems. He encouraged us to purchase a maintenance plan and I couldn’t be more thankful that he did. Our heating unit died in the middle of this snowstorm and he was here within the hour to fix it. Extremely professional, honest and trustworthy!
RAS installed a brand-new central air/heat pump combo system in my house. Ed (the owner) and his team were great to deal with throughout the entire process – walkthrough/estimate, filing permits and PSEG rebate paperwork, installation, and post-install support.The install crew, led by Dave, was very friendly and awesome to deal with during the 2-day install. They took the time to walk me through the entire system, how it operates, recommended maintenance, etc. Hector was also extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive when I had follow-up questions.
We had a problem with our hot forced air system heating rooms upstairs. After calling in a few companies, Residential Air Systems found a solution. Their expert team are professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable to trouble shoot difficult problems. They were excellent to work with.
