“Andre and his team are reliable, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Having used them multiple times, I can confidently say they are spot-on with their diagnoses and repairs. Their pricing is extremely fair, and they’ve even saved me money by honest assessment—never pushing unnecessary work. Don’t hesitate to give this local business a call!”
“We used Tri-Tech to install our full house central air conditioning system after my husband used them for his office HVAC. We were extremely impressed and pleased from day one. Our home was a complicated job since we have an older home with several renovations over the years. Many HVAC companies came through to bid the job and either looked so overwhelmed by the job or simply never got back to us with a quote. We were impressed with Tim from the minute he walked in the house. He was thorough and organized and definitely knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions and explained everything. Even when I called several times prior to the start date he immediately remembered the layout of the house and details without the opportunity or need to pull out the paperwork and review it before answering my questions. The installers they sent continued to impress us. Dave, Tyler and Michael worked very well together and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were polite, organized, pleasant and above all NEAT. I appreciated that the most! I definitely recommend them. Thank you.”
“Shout-out to Matt/Above & Beyond Plumbing! They truly earned every single one of these stars.
I reached out to several plumbing companies about a leaking water valve, and Above & Beyond was the only one that was completely honest and transparent with me from the start.
When I asked about potentially needing to replace my water meter yoke, they actually told me, “You should check with the town to see if you can get one through them at a discount. Sometimes they will do that for you.” They also told me they would inspect the yoke when they replaced the valves and would not replace it unless it actually needed to be replaced.
And sure enough, it didn’t need to be replaced!
That really stood out to me because I had spoken with other plumbers who told me the yoke had to be replaced along with the valves. One company even quoted me over a grand more and essentially made it sound like my entire plumbing system needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I was very glad I kept looking.
Mike was the plumber who came out, and he was fantastic. He called me on his way over to give me a heads-up, handled the coordination with the town’s water department for the water shutoff, and got everything done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
What impressed me most was the combination of honesty, reasonable pricing, transparency, and genuinely good service. In an industry where it can be difficult to know who you can trust, that means a lot.
I’ve already recommended Above & Beyond to a friend who is dealing with a plumbing issue, and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber you can actually trust.
Thank you, Mike and the Above & Beyond team! You absolutely lived up to your name. 👏”
