I called for a consult & was asked about the details of work or equipment needed. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! I called Titanium Plumbing in hopes they could help resolve my plumbing issues that have plagued my house since i bought it. I personally worked with Eric from start to finish and it was a wonderful experience.They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line.A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it. Excellent work by Eric. A master in his field. Worked hard the entire day removing the antiquated galvanized pipes and replacing them with new PVC drains in the ceiling. Very meticulous, left my kitchen clean of all the dust. Thank you. Nancy B.
