Ultimate was at our house the last two days installing a central air system. We had been told by several companies that due to the age and makeup of our house, we could not do a conventional system and would have to do either a Jet style system or split units at a much higher price.
Jeff came in and said a conventional system would absolutely work. The crew that was here both days was fantastic and did great work. They rolled out floor mats and tarps to keep our carpets clean, shop vac’d any debris that fell and treated the house like it was their own.
They also answered any questions that I had throughout both days and seemed like overall great people
Oh and on top of that, the system works even better than I would have imagined!
Thanks again to Jeff and his whole crew! We’ll be recommending you to anyone who asks!

Reviews
This is an overdue review, but in June 2024 we’ve had our 26 year old HVAC unit replaced by Ultimate Aire. After getting quotes from 6 different companies, yes 6, they had the strongest quote for what we needed. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but definitely not the most expensive one by far. The quotes we received from 6 local companies ranged from $11k - 28k! Some worked with brands we did not know, some very pushy on sales, and some were just ridiculous when it came to pricing.
