On 7/8/2026 I had routine maintenance done on my one year old Carrier AC system which was installed by Ultimate Aire Systems in Wayne, NJ. I also had routine maintenance done on an older system located at the same residence. Dennis was my technician. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. Dennis spent time getting the older unit in great shape and checked out the newer unit to make sure it is ready for the hot summer days ahead. I would highly recommend him. I also want to comment on what a great company Ultimate Aire is. They care about their customers.
After much evaluation of many HVAC companies, 2 recent heat waves and power outages, it was clear we made the right decision. Ultimate Aire did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. Jeff, Roseanne and Anthony made the purchase process easy by guiding us from the initial assessment of our home’s needs, answering all of our questions, while also providing comfort and assurance through every part of the process. Had an awesome experience with Ultimate Aire for our AC replacement! Everything was very smooth from the quoting process to installation. Anthony answered our questions in details and Jeff and his team did a perfect job installing our new AC system. The new machine is quiet and we feel much more comfortable with strong air flows. We also had our duct replaced and new thermostats! My husband and I are happy with everything. Appreciate the team for the hard works!!
