“I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. He is very professional and I feel very confident in recommending him to everyone. I have a new AC/Heater tech now.“

“Called them on a holiday weekend because it was 25’ outside and woke up to no heat. Out of 3 companies I called, they were the only ones who responded and could come same day. Basically needed a new furnace & boiler, and they kindly pointed out some major issues with how the people who flipped the house I bought cut corners and left us with major fire hazards. It was a little jarring but the guys handled it like pros and explained it down to the level that I could understand.The guys who actually did the work were pleasant, professional, communicated effectively, and cleaned up after themselves (sounds like common sense, but if you’ve ever had work done in your house, you know what I mean). They were really just respectful of our home and our space and treated it as if it were their own.One of the owners also worked directly with me on pricing and options, given the various incentives through the gas company- he was well versed in the incentives that the gas company would provide and also completed all the paperwork so I didn’t even have to deal with them at all. No sitting on hold or filling out it documents- they did all of that for me. Also provided me guidance that the equipment would qualify for federal tax credits for next year. I also called their office multiple times and was immediately put through to someone who could actually answer all of my questions. So it really was a holistic service that they provided, definitely far above and beyond what I’ve ever received from any contractor or specialized service provider.Hope to never need HVAC help again, but if I do, I know who to call.“

He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. “I gotta say putting in a munckin radiant heater has been nothing but trouble! After it malfunctioned about a million times, I was told that the parts for the munckin were discontinued. My regular guy who normally comes through for me bailed out and I was desperate to find someone to fix the heat and hot water issues. After searching frantically (because there are a lot of people who claim to be the best )I got to be honest I stumbled upon air tech mechanical LLC (Eddie) who was very knowledgeable, and really came through for me!!! “I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!When the tech arrived, not only was he just super pleasant to talk to in general, he explained what he was doing and why through the entire process. While I am never going to work on my system myself, it is nice to know how it works and what might go wrong in the future.To top it off, the bill I got was cheaper than the last service by the "manufacturer certified" plumber that it turns out caused my problems to begin with!Could not be happier with the service we received. Wish I had called them three years ago when we moved in!“
