I had the best experience ever !! Lisa was truly amazing and extremely professional. I requested numerous different technicians to get my walk-in freezer to reach its proper temp and 4 different technicians/companies gave me 4 different answers. Lisa was the only technician to get the job done. I am extremely grateful for the services she provided and hope she gets raise/bonus for the hard work she provided with me. I will always request here :)
John Castro Took care of the problem and also suggested other things that could turn in to problem and took care of them before they turned into issues He is a ver good tech and am happy with his service
Update on review: Tiffany was a delight to speak with in comparison to the first woman. She looked into the situation further found a resolution and fix the issue. Honestly speaking with her put a much better view of the company. Due to her professionalism, I would be willing to give them another chance.
Prior Post: I reached out directly to the billing team regarding discrepancies on my invoice, which included charges for shipping and handling, as well as miscellaneous hardware. I requested a detailed explanation of these charges. They explained that the shipping and handling fees were for materials they already had in stock, not for any special-order items....read full review
