What really makes it is are the coaches. This isn't a typical gym where you walk in anonymously, use some machines, and walk out. This is a gym where you work with a coach, you get a personalized training program, and you get coaching/advice when you're working out (if you need/want it).
I've gotten to know a number of the coaches over the years and they're all good people who have the interest of their clients at heart.
The gym has a great selection of equipment, but not many machines. That is a good thing in my eyes. Working with free weights has always been my preferred workout. They do have a few machines to help with cardio (rower, ski erg, assault bike).
The gym has a great culture. The clients and the coaches are very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
If you're looking to get some help getting a workout routine going, get some accountability, and just get into fitness in general, this is a great place. I recommend it.“

From the very start, the service was excellent - the manager helped me choose the best package for my needs and even offered me a complimentary introductory class.
All the instructors are fantastic, especially Maile, with whom I had a private session. She was incredibly attentive and gave me valuable corrections to my form and movement that will help refine my Pilates practice going forward.
I also picked up a few pairs of their adorable Pilates socks, which I’ll cherish when I'm back in London.

My body felt so much relief from the stretch. I have worked with both Luis and Victavia and they were both really mindful of my previous injuries and specific needs during the stretching session. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I also liked the straps they use, as they help you get a deeper stretch.“

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, professional, and genuinely kind coaches who made me feel welcomed and supported. The space itself is bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with lots of natural light — something you don’t always find in other F45 locations. I’m just visiting New York, but I’ve trained at multiple F45 studios across different states, so I do have a point of reference — and this one truly stands out. Everything was spotless and well-organized, which made the whole environment feel fresh, energizing, and motivating.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the women’s restroom — it was not only super clean but fully stocked with a wide range of hygiene products. It’s such a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their members’ comfort and needs.
