At Shift, your fully satisfying experience begins at the reception desk, where the friendly staff will help you with your enrollment and set you up for appointments with one of the staff therapists.
Your therapist will dedicate his/her full attention exclusively to you for the entire session. At the start of your first session he/she will discuss your reason for seeking therapy and guide you through a number of exercises to improve your condition and help you achieve your ultimate goal expectations.
Your feed back is encouraged and sessions will start with a brief evaluation of your progress, adding new challenges to keep up with your progress.
Everyone at Shift endeavors to make you feel comfortable and in good caring hands. Even the facility itself, with it's muted colors, soothing background music and sunlight streaming in from a wall of south facing windows, all contribute to your relaxation.

I'm getting over a broken wrist. Seeing Jenny Lin and she's amazing. I didn't think I would get any flexibility back after the surgery , but I have thanks to her
