“Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.

“Jake from Climate Design has been assisting us with our mini-splits and his crew recently installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head system. Both Jake and the crew were very responsive and explained everything that they were doing. The installation occurred during the heat wave at the end of June. Bryan was the lead installer and did an excellent job to ensure that the installation occurred on time, despite the heat's affect on their working conditions. We were very satisfied with Climate Design and would recommend them for any future work.
