“Our furnace/hot water heater failed. We called Walley's and they sent Bryan to our house to diagnose the problem. He quickly determined that the transformer on the furnace failed and we needed a replacement. He ordered the part promptly. He returned to our house and installed the part on Sunday afternoon. We are really grateful for his working on a Sunday to re-store our furnace and tankless hot water heater. He did an excellent job. Also, he thoroughly cleaned the work area around our furnace. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the make and model of our 10 year old furnace. We truly appreciate his dedication and hard work in fixing our furnace.”
