John replaced my hot water heater and repaired my furnace. He was not only efficient and professional, his price was honest and reasonable. He took the time to explain all work and offer options to reduce cost and/or reduce future required service. After work was completed , he followed up to ensure satisfaction and to tweak settings on the thermostat. Highly recommended!

Applause, applause for the wonderful job John Donovan did replacing my entire heating system in 2017. I interviewed 3 firms for the job and John was honest and fair in explaining everything to me. His work was impeccable and his manner professional and yet he is an easy person to talk with . As the work progressed he answered all my questions with total clarity and patience. He was prompt in arriving each day and completed all the paperwork necessary for me to finalize the MA SAVE LOAN that i qualified for from the Enterprise Bank. John was fantastic he did everything so quickly perfectly works better than it ever has was a fantastic deal and my mom loved having him in the house. Loves the brand new Kohler faucet.
