The guys from Policy did a great job refurbishing an old well (new pump, pipe, wiring, extended casing). The work went smoothly and they explained each step clearly. They needed to do some excavating close to the house and exercised great care to avoid any damage, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would recommend them unconditionally!

Extremely fast service - all phone calls answers by a real person every time. We had a technician onsite the next day & we had our entire pump and tank replaced in mere hours.The onsite service was amazing. They walked is through all the details of the issues we were having, clearly laid out all the options & costs, and put zero pressure on us.The work itself was fast and well done. We were thrilled with the new pump and tank - great water pressure!We thought we had an issue with the pump the day after install (turned out we had accidentally shut the switch off to the pump).
