I have never written a company review in my life, but felt compelled to do so now. After one drain company came out and failed to solve our problem, we were fortunate to next call Drain Medic. We should have called them first. Let me tell you – they are one of a kind. They were responsive, coming out the same day we called and worked tirelessly to address our drain problem. They were competent, sympathetic, respectful, honest, and fairly priced. They treat you like family. If you’re looking for drain service, take my word for it: DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.
