I was very pleased with the professionalism that Paul Fedele exhibited. He was polite, prompt on his arrival, kept me aware of what needed to be fixed, and answered all my questions. He was patient, and so polite. Service Expert Robert Dutcher accompanied Paul on his 2nd visit due to the complexity of my old building and the need to get approval from management to shut water off. I felt so protected with these two professionals knowing I had the best of the best caring for a seniors plumbing issues. I recommend calling cornerstone services if you want honest and professional technicians at your home.
