Called Potvin Plumbing and Heating LLC for an emergency water leak and even though they were booked solid for several days, they were able to send Zach and Dawson out to assess and even fix the issue same day. Zach and Dawson were professional, neat with their work, and personable to deal with. I would call Potvin Plumbing and Heating LLC again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs.
I'm so impressed. Called Jeff Potvin Plumbing and Heating about a slow drip in my bathroom sink faucet. Two members of his team (Zack or Zach and another man -- I didn't get his name) came by and determined right away that it was a corroded cartridge in the hot tap. They ran out to Home Depot to get a replacement one and then came back and instantly installed it. Super professional -- and I just received and paid the invoice, which was exactly what I thought it would be. Will definitely be using this company again.
