From start to finish 5 stars. The communication was great, they showed up on time (huge bonus the install team were dog people) and they did a fantastic job installing my mini split. While they were in my basement they also noticed my sump pump wasn’t functioning properly and fixed it for me, something that if they hadn’t noticed, would have caused a huge headache in my life. Thank you Jake and team, I can’t say enough good things about the climate design
Nick came out to troubleshoot our broken central AC and gave multiple options from repair to full replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was not trying to push us in one direction. The following day, we got a call from Jake who reviewed our options with us and made sure we understood our options and wanted to make sure we were not feeling pressured to replace, which we were not. The decision was made to repair our unit and Jake was able to ensure we got the parts quickly and scheduled us just a few days out from the original appointment. HI Everyone!!!😀 Long Happy Customer With Climate Design. We purchased a new heat unit and air conditioning unit 8 years ago and they stand behind everything. We might have had one issue along the way and they were very responsive and curious in helping the resolve. My niece has now taken over the home and had something come up and the 24 hour on call service was exceptional. Paul the on call tech was there within the hour and walked the through a breaker trip and a new filter replacement . We have friends who were thinking about an updated system and we recommended them as well .
