Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc.
“The HVAC system replacement with Joyce couldn’t have been better. Our technicians, Benjamin P., Josh Z., Andres C., and Stephen J. were an excellent team, and they worked through the unique issues they encountered with care, installing a new system that operates as well as we’d hoped. They arrived both days at the earliest time expected, and ensured that the house had heat before they left on day one. There were several times during the process that additional support technicians from Joyce came to assist the core team with various tasks , ensuring the most expert results. Benjamin regularly updated us with progress and next steps, and spent time while we set up the Lenox app showing us how to program and manage the thermostat. We would highly recommend Joyce for HVAC work, and are fortunate to have been given a recommendation from our realtor. We will use their annual maintenance program going forward to ensure that our HVAC system continues to function at its best.”
