“I contacted John in hopes of getting our 3 stage Wine Enthusiast wine cooler repaired or diagnosed. He did some research and ascertained that the Unit was one of the first manufactured by them and that the thermoelectric parts were sourced from China, and no longer available. John took the time to do this without having to come out for a service call that saved me lots of money. His efforts were very much appreciated and additionally he provided contact names and numbers at Wine Enthusiast that I can network for purchasing a new Unit. Thanks much John. He show his concern that we will not have heat and promised he would stop back and drop off heaters within next few days which he did on Friday. Much appreciated. He is certainly an asset to your company. Hopefully furnace will be installed asap have sent the contract back.“

“We switched to this oil company the end of last year and we’re so happy that we did. They have been incredible helpful and have really great customer service. We badly needed the oil tanks in our two family house replaced and our old oil company was being very unhelpful and rude. McClellan took us on as a new customer and moved us to the top of their busy install list, because they saw that our tanks were in such bad shape. They also came out multiple times to check their work when I was convinced the tanks had gotten reversed and were super friendly about it even when it became clear that I was wrong! Can’t recommend this company enough.“

My tub would not drain well, even after my amateur effort to snake it. That, and the nozzle was broken, letting as much water out as sending to the shower head. In under 30 min.
