Bill Guptil was super accommodating on 3 different installations: 1. CoolAIR Co installed an A/C system in our 1920's house in Lowell. To minimize the duct work they installed 2 separate units: one with the air handler in the basement for downstairs cooling, and one with the air handler in the attic for cooling the second floor. Their quote was the least of 4 different companies. Bill recommended energy efficient units for which we received substantial rebates. They worked around the clutter in the basement and attic and cleaned up everything when they finished. Called Cool Air this morning as central air was not working. Cool air was out at my house by early afternoon and did an amazing job fixing the problem. We highly recommend them! If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you so much :)Service: A/C system repair
