When we made our decision and arranged financing, we gave him the green light to schedule us in for a complete replacement. Within 3 1/2 weeks the work was done. The technicians (four to start) went right to town and with no breaks at all got the job done in a day and a few hours including clean-up. “Tyler was very, courteous engaging and very professional. He came 2 times Tuesday and Wednesday and he had to give us the sad news on late Wednesday that we needed a new furnace. He show his concern that we will not have heat and promised he would stop back and drop off heaters within next few days which he did on Friday. Much appreciated. He is certainly an asset to your company. Hopefully furnace will be installed asap have sent the contract back.“
