“About six weeks ago, Ciardelli took out my oil burner and oil tank, and installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. (I have a heat pump for air heating and cooling.) I had the water heater installed with two options so I could start creating and circulating hot water before I opened a faucet.

At the beginning of my project, I contacted Ciardelli for a quote. After a short visit and discussion by Jeff Brown, I had a quote within about a week. Since I also had a quote from a plumbing company for a Rinnai installation, Ciardelli's quote was competitive, especially with regard to the removal of the oil burner and oil tank. Jeff was very responsive and helpful with regard to questions I sent him after the initial site visit, so that helped me to choose Ciardelli. I also had site visits from two other propane companies in Keene, but neither produced quotes despite saying they would.

The Ciardelli crew showed up on the date and time as projected, and did a great job. It was raining both days they were here, so somewhat damp conditions to work under, but I'm very happy with the outcome.

“I called Jason Wetherbee LLC to come look at a leaky faucet in a tub/shower. It was not an emergency, but Jason himself came to check it out the next day. It was far from a quick fix, but he showed me the issues and risks involved with trying to fix it because of the design of the valve and because of his knowledge and experience (and he said a little luck), he was able to fix it on the 2nd try. He kept me fully informed the whole way and also showed me where the shutoff valve is for the house. His rates were very reasonable and I will keep definately call him first to check out any other issues I have. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as ability to communicate with me.
