Brian & Brian are an awesome father/son plumbing duo. I had previously hired another plumbing company to come and fix a couple of things wrong in my shower and toilet. The company took several hours altogether and the bill was quite steep. The issue with the shower was unresolved, so I called Provencher. Big Brian figured out the issue with a couple of pictures via text and came and fixed it the following day in minutes for a very fair price...Then the toilet the other company "fixed" started acting up again. I called Provencher again & Brian jr came the next day to once again fix the issue in minutes at a very fair price. We will be using them for all plumbing issues...read full review

Brian did all the plumbing on my master bathroom, he was very polite, showed up on time and answered all our questions through the process, would highly recommend him for all plumbing needs!

Even though they were not able to help my situation, they referred a wonderful local company. Provencher responded quickly, was very helpful in figuring out the problem and connected me to the right people. Thank you for responding quickly. Would highly recommend
