“Eric AULT was a very great Field Supervisor. He answered all my questions even if they didn’t make sense. He took the time to listen to everything I talked about even if it wasn’t Plumber related he even gave me some great advice. His team was awesome. They showed up very early and worked all day to get my job completed. It took about two weeks. They were very friendly and were lenient about my dogs when they had to go out I would not recommend anyone else even though there’s plumbers in my area Rotorooter is a little expensive but the quality and the people were awesome. I don’t have any photos, but it was a mess. There was a brick in the pipe. There was toilet paper backed up then I had to go further and God knows what was in there. They cleaned up the basement and it looks like no one ever used it“
