Called Darwin with an emergency repair. He had a technician on site within 30 minutes and repairs completed in 15. We cannot afford to be Down and SyncQuip always treats us like we are their most important customer.

I have worked with SynQuip off and on for the last eight years, every project that have been on they have been very prompt very courteous and very professional. Jobs have always been completed when they told me they were going to be completed and every one of the employees that I have worked with have always shown the utmost respect for me and for everyone else on the job site, I would refer these guys to anyone.

I called in a service request and they responded so quick. They had someone here within 30 min and solved the problem that other HVAC companies had told me needed to be replaced vs repaired. We are no longer sweating in our store. I highly recommend them.
