“They seem to accept most insurance plans. I dislike having to change providers when my insurance changes. I only had to wait a week for a one hour new patient appointment with Dr. Patterson who was recommended by my daughter. I had blood drawn last week and a physical today. My appointment began on time. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. The location and parking was convenient. You do not have to take a left onto Wake Forest Rd when leaving. There is an exit from the rear of the parking lot that allows you to enter Wake Forest Rd. at a traffic light.“

“The nurses are caring, comforting, knowledgeable and supportive. It was for me a very unsettling and scary next step in my treatment, but I was made to feel at home. The amenities are incredible - Suites, large screen TV, incredible furniture - a full recliner for me and a full-size leather couch for my friend, dimming lights, quiet sliding doors, etc. They also have an array of snacks (foods I’m not supposed to have, but that I can treat myself with on this one day!). “Met with Dr's Kypson and Wu and after some very frank conversation we agreed my condition was best addressed by Open Heart Surgery. Dr. Kypson and open heart was a great decision to addresss my aortic stenosis and double bypass.
