“The nurses are caring, comforting, knowledgeable and supportive. It was for me a very unsettling and scary next step in my treatment, but I was made to feel at home. The amenities are incredible - Suites, large screen TV, incredible furniture - a full recliner for me and a full-size leather couch for my friend, dimming lights, quiet sliding doors, etc. They also have an array of snacks (foods I’m not supposed to have, but that I can treat myself with on this one day!). All 3 infusions at IVX Health have been exceptional and I know my next treatment will be this way. Thank you!“

Firstly, I went to the building across HT near the intersection of “Manly Way”, but the signs did not indicate “Rex Digestive Care”, only, “urgent care”, cancer center, and MRI center. My appointment time will show staff in the area for all comments.2. Dr. McKay’s nurse “Reindeer”, she was wonderful, delightful, and pleasurable. Thank you for your patience, help, and understanding.3. “Fluery” - Phlebotomist -lab 112, I believe your last name was “Rhodes” if I’m correct. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate me by taking blood where I’m most comfortable, as well as being able to be so good at it that it was almost painless. I have a phobia of bloodwork and you’re the best of doing it for me, didn’t even faint, she was able to get it the first time and was quick. I have small veins so she also didn’t have to do it multiple times or blow through my vein those cases have been painful. Please be my future phlebotomist for future blood work (lol ;). More nurses & phlebotomist needs your skills. “Personable” and someone who has multiple skill sets to take blood for patients with phobias and need it painless, quick as possible.” Thank you ;) !!!4.
