Te'Asia was the first person I spoke to when making my appt. I am new to the area and needed to establish primary care. She was very kind, patient, and extremely good at her job with helping me secure my medical records and scheduling an appt. Donna was the medical assistant that assisted me throughout my appt. experience. She was very easy going, kind, and professional. I could clearly see just how much pride she takes in her profession. BethAnn Guevara, FNP-C was my provider during the appt. She was very kind, genuine, caring, GREAT listener, accepting...the list could go on and on...so hopefully your get the picture. Really impressed with my visit today! I was a walk in (at like 530) to get this annoying health screening filled out for my insurance. The front desk (guy and girl sorry I didn’t catch your names!) was very friendly. I appreciate that they acknowledged me when I came in and were attentive to me immediately. The medical assistant was also very pleasant. The facility was nice and clean. Everyone got me in and out quickly which I very much appreciate. As a healthcare provider who owns my own (dental) practice, I would be very proud of the way that the staff handled my interaction. Great job guys! Would def come to y’all for future needs but I’m an hour away :)
