They seem to accept most insurance plans. I dislike having to change providers when my insurance changes. I only had to wait a week for a one hour new patient appointment with Dr. Patterson who was recommended by my daughter. I had blood drawn last week and a physical today. My appointment began on time. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. The location and parking was convenient. You do not have to take a left onto Wake Forest Rd when leaving. There is an exit from the rear of the parking lot that allows you to enter Wake Forest Rd. at a traffic light.
The best Avance care I have been to. The Dr. that saw me was by far the most thorough I've ever seen. Almost every employee i had contact with was super friendly. Phlebotomist was really good and im hard to draw blood from. Highly impressed! Will be my first choice in the future rather than the one closer to my house.
I've been using this location as my main source of healthcare services since they first opened. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
