“I had my first appointment today and I am BLOWN AWAY. I’m trying not to cry. My doctor was so kind and patient. I feel heard for the first time in years! I have a slew of medical issues and usually they’re written off as “in my head” or I’m exaggerating. Not today. I have referrals written, a plan of action to figure things out, and a return appointment for next year. The feeling of being heard and cared about is overwhelming in the best way possible. I’ll be referring everyone here!“
“The biggest problem with medical offices is usually the office staff. Not here. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. My time to get an appointment was reasonable. My wait time in the lobby was literally the time it took to use the bathroom. 2 minutes wait for the doctor once I was in a room. My doctor spent the time I needed to address what I came in for and I did not feel rushed. The phlebotomist is great as well. She was right on point and left no bruises and it was not painful. Thank you for the great visit.“
