About Oak Street Health Southeast Raleigh Primary Care Clinic
Oak Street Health Southeast Raleigh Primary Care Clinic has a very nice staff, amazing medical assistants, and good doctors. The clinic itself is excellent, but there are issues with the waiting time and call center. Patients have experienced long waits and problems with appointment setup and follow-ups. Despite some flaws, the staff addresses patient issues professionally. However, the clinic's checkout process can be confusing, as patients are not given appointments for their next visit.
I’m new to North Carolina and had never established a primary care doctor before. I chose Oak Street Health as my primary provider, and I’m really glad I did. The staff has been welcoming, the care has been thorough, and I feel confident that my health is being managed well. So far, I’m very satisfied with Oak Street Health.

My primary care dr miss Katrina cherry-max is excellent...very qualified physician.she takes her time with me about my all my medical problems .I am 65 yrs of age and she is the best i have ever had i will be following her to her next location ❤️
Very nice staff. My MA was amazing! I appreciate my doctor as well. The long wait was not so great. Was over an hour in the waiting area...ugh. Have to go back in a couple of weeks so hoping for a much smaller wait time.
