Arbor ObGyn provides excellent care and compassion, with outstanding doctors such as Dr. Alvarez, Dr. Runkle, and Dr. Despasquale who truly listen to their patients. The doctors are highly recommended for their exceptional care and knowledge. Many patients have shared positive experiences, highlighting the professional and friendly nature of the surgical coordinator, Cierra Hunter, who has been praised for her thoroughness in scheduling and managing forms. However, some nurses have faced criticism for their attitude, lack of clarity in communication, and varying levels of thoroughness. Some have even been described as snappy, needing a refresher in basic manners and empathy. There have also been reports of inconsistent communication from different nurses. Despite these issues, many patients have expressed gratitude for the overall care they receive, noting that the office staff and medical assistants are often sweet and kind. The office environment is clean and calming, contributing to a positive experience for patients.
I cannot recommend Elizabeth McGrath, NP highly enough—she truly couldn’t be a better provider if she tried. From the moment you walk in, she creates such a calm and welcoming environment that instantly puts you at ease. She has an incredible ability to make you feel comfortable, heard, and completely validated in every concern you bring up.
After a not-so-great experience with a previous GYN, I had a lot of hesitation and anxiety—but Elizabeth completely restored my trust in women’s healthcare. She is empowering, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen without ever making you feel rushed or dismissed.

I hand-picked Dr. Breazeale before I got pregnant because I knew the kind of doctor I was looking for and he has not disappointed. His bedside manner is hard to find these days. He explains everything he’s doing and why, he’s flexible, patient, listens well, always shakes mine and my husband’s hand, and is gentle during exams. His nurse is lovely everytime I see her. The phlebotomist is also patient, compassionate, accommodating, and very skilled. I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to deliver with Dr. Breazeale.
20/10 Honestly! I have had a lot of various hospital visits lately across primary, urgent care, ER, specialists. Made me realize how above and beyond the care is at Arbor! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Arbor OBGYN and the incredible care I’ve received from Elizabeth McGrath and Keiko DePasquale. They consistently go above and beyond to make every visit feel personal, supportive, and thorough. I never feel rushed—each appointment is a genuine conversation where I’m truly listened to, and given clear, thoughtful information and options. They remember things too and I never have to repeat myself visit after visit, unlike my Primary Care provider.
