I love and respect everyone who works at the Downtown PCP location. Everyone is very respectful, kind and helpful. I, in particular, love and respect my PCP. I have rare medical conditions and Dr. Topper puts up every effort to try to give me and get me the best care. Dr. Heather Welsheimer is the first amazing medical practitioner I have had consistently great experiences with. She is very attentive and does not second guess you when you tell her what issues you are having. She thinks out of the box and is always ready to provide customized solutions to your specific need. And when she can't, she is honest and available to brainstorm. There are not enough stars on here to give her. Exceptional!
