I love this place. Ever since I switched here from my GI doctor, I have never once regretted it. The nursing staff is prompt, diligent, and genuinely kind beyond belief, and they consistently get me in and out in under two hours.
The environment makes all the difference during treatment. Every patient gets a fully private room equipped with large-screen TVs where you can log into Netflix, Disney+, or whatever you want, plus fresh snacks, coffee, and plenty of complimentary drinks. Beautiful facility with a calm, comfortable atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout my infusion, and checked on me regularly. I felt very well cared for from beginning to end.
Having an infusion can already make for a long day, so being in a place where you feel comfortable and confident in the people caring for you makes such a difference. My experience at IVX Health in North Raleigh was excellent. I truly can't say enough good things about the staff and the care I received.
