“Caroline Shore is THE BEST PCP ever! I’ve been going to her since 2018 and I don’t regret it! She’s so comfortable to talk with and nonjudgmental! She’s quick to see you and takes time to actually hear what’s wrong and let YOU explain it before jumping to conclusions (like some other people do). She may not be a doctor but she’s better than most I’ve met. She’s wonderful and I plan to have her as my primary care physician for as long as she’s at Family First!Front desk people are also always super sweet and helpful, on the phone or in person!Nurse Precious is the bomb dot com! She’s the nurse you need if you are worried about an appointment and/or need a pick me up laugh:)“

“My colleague recommended this practice and I’m glad she did. They are prompt and professional. I see one the PA’s and I feel super comfortable addressing my concerns with her. She listens and has great bedside manner. I will certainly recommend this practice to anyone I know looking for a PCP!“

REX Wellness Center of Wakefield Medical Clinics

“Been a member here a couple years prior to 2015, hated leaving. Started again post COVID. Its the best place for Adults. Saw complaints about the lap pool being hard to schedule. Same day always has lanes 1-2 available. But if you know your schedule ahead of time its easy to get a lane 4-5-6 to yourself. The gym equipment is outstanding and there are more than one variation of each equipment. The staff is always helpful as well. I just love this place, there are a lot of older folks (like me). I'd successfully trained for a couple Ironman triathlons here and back for a third. This is not a YMCA or typical fitness center its more of what it says, a wellness center where people are just trying to maintain good health in a friendly environment. 5 stars easy :)“

“I wanted to give everyone kudos for the suburb, awesome experience.1. Firstly, I went to the building across HT near the intersection of “Manly Way”, but the signs did not indicate “Rex Digestive Care”, only, “urgent care”, cancer center, and MRI center. The bldg with the same “11200” was the same and confusing. The wonderful, polite, delightful, Lady working at the desk upon my arrival with the sandy blonde/brown hair you were great. Sorry didn’t get your name. You were the specialist (main door entry) at the rehabilitation care unit and helped me so much in getting re-oriented to the correct building/direction. Thank you!!@ The main office “digestive care”, 11200 Manly Way, Raleigh, NC, (Ste. 200), Dr.M. Dixon McCay’s staff was tremendous in their support.1. The customer service specialist at the front counter was amazing (wearing glasses, & pink/purple, I believe). You were delightful, thoughtful, and sweet! Thank you. (Sorry, didn’t get your name). My appointment time will show staff in the area for all comments.2. Dr. McKay’s nurse “Reindeer”, she was wonderful, delightful, and pleasurable. Thank you for your patience, help, and understanding.3. “Fluery” - Phlebotomist -lab 112, I believe your last name was “Rhodes” if I’m correct. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate me by taking blood where I’m most comfortable, as well as being able to be so good at it that it was almost painless. I have a phobia of bloodwork and you’re the best of doing it for me, didn’t even faint, she was able to get it the first time and was quick. I have small veins so she also didn’t have to do it multiple times or blow through my vein those cases have been painful. Please be my future phlebotomist for future blood work (lol ;). More nurses & phlebotomist needs your skills. “Personable” and someone who has multiple skill sets to take blood for patients with phobias and need it painless, quick as possible.” Thank you ;) !!!4. Dr.McKay - “Last, but not least! Thank you for moving me up in your busy schedule so quickly and helping me through my journey of finalizing my health issues. Out of all the hurdles I’ve overcome to get here to wait for 9 months to finally get my procedures rescheduled (under the circumstances we discussed), it’s my pleasure to meet a Doctor who will help me bridge the “Dr-trust”, “lost in faith” of providers to help me in my health journey. As we discussed, “I truly want to feel better, back to my old self to live and function again to be productive in society. Your understanding, demeanor, resolve, patience, and willingness to listen were exactly the provider I was looking for.I look forward, to our continued sessions and the upcoming procedure I believe in your professionalism and your experience, and look forward to continuing to work with you and your staff. Thank you all and thank you UNC/ REX Healthcare for providing medical professionals who care about their patients and not making me feel I'm just another number/there for my money. My statements with this testament are my first review remarks from yesterday’s appointment, 12/29/23.I had a wonderful, great experience, thank you so much. I hope everyone has a great and wonderful holidays.“

“I don't leave reviews typically ever. You can click my name and see two besides this one I believe. But really that's neither here nor there.I'm leaving this review because Dr. CHEATHAM is THE BEST doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient for. Each time I go in I'm not treated like a run of the mill "patient" I'm treated like I belong there. He talks to me and not at me. Listens to me with all my concerns and is relaxed and laid back. I live a good bit away from this location but I will drive there because of him.If you're looking for a doctor look no further. You will not be disappointed.“

“John Meier deserves 10 stars. Great doctor and primary care provider. However, I went in for hip/groin pain and Jessica Hedrick told me it was the way I was sitting or “manspreading” as she said. Turns out I have an impingement and possible torn labrum. So beware of her. John Meier though has always been incredibly thorough and puts emphasis on nutritional and overall health above treatment.“

“I'm a patient of Dr. Kelli Pitt. She's awesome. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & caring, and responds to MyChart inquiries. So many won't respond quickly, but she always does, usually in the first 48 hours. Her nurses, receptionists, and practice manager are all friendly and professional. I've never been taken to an exam room more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Pitt.“
