“I can’t say enough great things about the Sweetwater Plumbing team. I needed help with a toilet running water and broken water shut off valves. I called Thursday at 6pm, and Bob not only took my call but took down my information and promised to look at the calendar first thing in the morning to get me scheduled for that Friday. Bob and the team lived up to their word, and Brandon was at my house by 9:30am the next day! Brandon and his son, Shanon, listened to the problem I described and quickly got to work fixing the problems, as well as kindly answering any questions I had. As if that weren’t enough, they gave me additional tips for plumbing maintenance around the bathroom.

“I got a hold of this company because Kenneth Lemons told me all about the quality work they do and how much respect he had for Glen the Owner and that his prices were fair.I had this major leak under house that flooded about 3 inches deep from one end to the other end . I found the water cut off and grabbed the sump pump and ran it all night. I called westover plumbing and they came out right away and had it fixed but they informed me all my copper pipes were wore thin and would continue to spring leaks .They have been installed since 1985 and I had several leaks in the last few years and it was time to get new pipes put in .So they came and did the job and I had running water the same day .They left the copper pipes for me as I ask them too and when I saw them ,I knew I made the right decision to have them replaced.Even my water taste better. For all future jobs I will be calling them to do my plumbing work . Thank you“

“Called Cary Plumbing with a leaking water heater that we suspected needed to be replaced. Kimberly talked me through the process and asked me to email some pictures. She responded with a quote for a replacement in about 5 minutes and when I called to confirm to move forward, the techs were already loading the truck. We appreciated that the techs checked to confirm the water heater couldn't be repaired before starting on the replacement. Our water heater replacement was finished about 2.5 hrs after my first phone call! Overall very happy with the service and price.“

“The service I received was perfect. We had a water heater leak that damaged the floor and some water lines. They were quick to respond and get somebody out as quickly as possible to get our water back on and fix the additional damage that was done. Charlie came out initially to stop the initial leak to get water back on. Then Toby and Noah followed up to repair our damaged lines and install out new hot water heater. Unfortunately, they were running behind from bigger jobs in the day but were still committed to getting our hot water restored even though it put them not leaving out residence until after 7pm. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected a company to do for their customers that late night getting our hot water back on. I cannot express how grateful we were for their support during this time. I don't know if other companies offer similar support, but I will never need to find out. Jimmy's Plumbing and specifically Charlie, Noah and Toby will definitely look after you when you need them the most!“

“Mum's toilet started leaking from the back of the toilet, so we thought it was the tank. We called for help and were blessed to have Noah come to our aid. I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy. We 100% recommend Noah and Swift Brothers Plumbing. Our entire experience from first call to working with Noah, who is a lovely professional straight up man, was delightful.
