As the result, The broken main pressure reducing valve and switch were replaced and a few toilet broken water pipe and a valve were replaced. The work was clean and effective. The response was quick, and the tech was professional.“

“Mum's toilet started leaking from the back of the toilet, so we thought it was the tank. We called for help and were blessed to have Noah come to our aid. I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy. “Called Cary Plumbing with a leaking water heater that we suspected needed to be replaced. Kimberly talked me through the process and asked me to email some pictures. She responded with a quote for a replacement in about 5 minutes and when I called to confirm to move forward, the techs were already loading the truck. We appreciated that the techs checked to confirm the water heater couldn't be repaired before starting on the replacement. Our water heater replacement was finished about 2.5 hrs after my first phone call! Overall very happy with the service and price.“

“Sent the company an online service request Super Bowl Sunday afternoon and received a phone call first thing Monday morning. A team, led by Norval Cunningham, arrived a short time later. The truck was spotless and the guys were neat. They knew why they were at my home and listened carefully to my concerns. Norval is obviously a pro. Soft spoken and very knowledgeable, he led his young teammate to address the lift pump maintenance request. They completed the service and tested the system. I could not be more pleased. My new go-to plumbers.“

“I had a sewer backup and the warranty provider directed me to Pipe Techs. They came out the day they were called. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. The work was done on time and as promised. Will likely work with these guys again!
