I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I remind you, that I did not buy the equipment or have the install done by Tower Heating and Air, as I live about an hour away, but Reggie still took the time out of his incredibly busy morning to help me out.
