A TRUSTWORTHY company! They've proved this over and over again. JULIO and RICHARD did an excellent job servicing our 3 units today! They found and repaired a clogged drain line, fixed a vibration, and discovered a small wire issue and repaired it. These guys took great care and put pride into their work today. They were very respectful of our property. They even caught the old drain liquid in the old jugs outside so the drains didnt empty the black junk on the ground. Very professional! A job well done! Thank you.

Few companies are as consistently impressive and fair as Modern Mechanical. We have 2 *very* old systems and have needed their services a few times. From the scheduler/office manager over the phone to the technicians that have come to our home, every single person we have worked with has been awesome. We joined their maintenance program with the very first repair call (which they were able to do last minute & same day - without any extra cost - ahead a vacation we were leaving for that afternoon!). We had our first cleaning today (a Saturday - amazing!). Jackson and Cassie were prompt, professional, kind, dedicated, and thorough. And just generally awesome people....read full review
